Default Crossfire Premium Care

I just received my Personalized Premium Care Service Contract From DaimlerChrysler.

This contract provides a rental car whenever I take my Crossfire in for service. All crossfire owners should be receiving this contract. It looks like Chrysler is trying to provide Crossfire and Pacifica owners with Premium Service.

It cannot be cancelled or modified by the dealer and can be transfered if you sell your Crossfire.

Good going Chrysler. :P

Default premium care?

Prowler,
Is it part of their service for the Crossfire or did you pay for the upgrade?

I got mine in about 3 weeks. Premium Care is available to all Pacifica and Crossfire owners at no addtional cost.

I got a rental when Crossfire was in, smooth arrangement, no hassle.

It's been 10 days since my purchase and I have not received a thing from Chysler (no luggage, paperwork, survey, premium care paperwork, etc...) Is this normal :?

10 Calendar days? If so, yes. Took 14 calendar days for my luggage to arrive via FedEx and another week or so more before the contracts came via USPS.

I'm sure you're still in the normal realm.

I guess I will have to contact the dealer next week if the luggage does not show up next week. Can you contact Chrysler to check on this??

It took me 3 weeks to get my luggage. Be patient.
It's worth the wait.

I'm sure you can call Chrysler Texex to check on the status.

I would say it also depends on how fast your dealer sends the ownership paperwork up to Chrysler so they can process your documents.
