how would you go on about takeing off the passenger door panel off?

I have not done this on the crossfire, though I have done it on a few other cars.

The little clips are @ various locations.
Take your time, and use the trim removal tool, mirror, light, what ever helps.

Pull the service manual off of this website then follow the steps. It's best if you use a trim removal tool. There are 4 large screws which hold the door panel, 2 in the door handle pull bar, 1 behind the door opener and 1 by the airbag.
