Default Goodbye Crossfire

Well, I traded in the Crossfire for a 2009 VW Passat. I know what some of you are thinking.

Why trade in a car like the Crossfire for a 4 door?

I needed the extra seats. Eventually, as always, needs change.

I am sad to have traded the car, but so glad I had it for the year and half that I did. The Crossfire is a very very fun car to drive and would not trade the experience I had behind the wheel for anything.

So, in closing, keep the perma grin alive.

Sorry to see you go, but you can still drop in from time to time. Good luck with the new car.

I'll be around from time to time. I may be in the market to get a second car someday in the future, ya never know. If so, I will be looking for an SRT6.

Good luck with the Passat. VW makes great cars. My daily driver is an '08 Jetta and it's one of the finest, most comfortable cars I've driven. Typical German craftsmanship at less than Honda Civic prices. I'm sure you'll love your Passat.

A mans gotta do what a mans gotta do. Your priorities are in the right place. If you can pick up an SRT later you will love it.

Keep on popping in from time to time!

Enjoy that Passat!

Ya gotta do what ya gotta do. At least those Passats are nice, no downgrade in quality or comfort. Good luck.

No way I am trading mine in. I would rather leave it in the garage and get another car as a daily driver.

My wife's car is an '08 Passat with the 2.0L turbo. Very nice car - comfortable, lots of interior and trunk room, quick and cruises down the highway at 95+ very handily. Not a bad deal for a 'family' car...

Sorry to see you give up the Crossfire, though.
