About the premium care warrany
I was wondering about people's impressions of the warranty on your crossfire. It appears the first 3 years or 36k miles is a bumper-to-bumper warranty. Does this mean they will fix everything at no charge? Has this been true to your experience?
Another concern I have is buying from a Chrysler dealer and getting good service. I've been driving euro luxo cars for a few years and wonder if they level of service is the same. Seems like everyone is a 5-star dealer these days. Perhaps Chrysler should consider setting up a new dealer network called "Daimler" and stick to Pacificas and Crossfires. Either that or I could shut up and get back to work.
Thanks for your replies.

The warranty on the Crossfire is pretty good. I think its better than 3 years, 36,000 miles but it's possible I'm wrong. I'll have to check. As for Chrysler service, it depends greatly on the dealer. I have had absolutely horrible experiences at Chrysler dealers, but have absolutely great experiences at my current one. You have to look around to find a good dealer. My experience has been the smaller the dealership the better. My Sebring was in there probably half a dozen times, and they were always quick, and courteous, and covered almost everything under warranty. I'm sure I'll get even better service with the Crossfire.
Its 7/70 on the drive train 3/36 on B to B. Had a problem with the lock on the rear hatch, wouldn't unlock. Fixed that. So I have to say so far service has been good. Have a squeakey rear end - Parts are a problem. Still waiting for rear suspension bushings.
In some ways, this warranty is better than the Mercedes warranty. MB gives you a 4 year / 50K bumper to bumper warranty, but you have to pay extra for something similar to the Crossfire's 7 year / 70K powertrain warranty.
