Hi Everyone,

I am new here.

I was offered the car for $15k. Does it sounds like a good deal?

SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD DEAL TO ME I PAID $14 FOR MY 04 BASE CROSSFIRE IN 07 AND IT HAD 35K MILES. BACK THEN KBB(KELLY BLUE BOOK) VALUED IT AT $17K. I WOULD MAKE SURE THE CAR IS PRICED LOWER THEN KBB TRADE IN VALUE PRICE. WWW.KBB.COM

Coupe or roadster? $15k for a base coupe seems a bit high to me.

seems like an ok price. I just paid 11k for an 06 base coupe with 23k on it.

I recently purchased an '05 XF base 6 speed and I would continue to look unless you are dead set on getting something with extremely low miles.

For a base coupe of this age, that is a pretty high price. You could probably get a limited with maybe 10K more on the clock for the same or less, unless you are like me and wanted a base coupe, not a limited.

If you have any questions, feel free to search or to PM me....

It's still a 4 year old vehicle by a mfr that just got through bankruptcy and stopped making them. 2005 limiteds with low mileage go for mid-teens. I'd say offer $12k and be ready to split the different if it's in cherry condition. Check it out thoroughly -- read this forum about all the problems people have had and make sure you check for potential problems and that every feature and accessory works. Ask to see maintenance records. Oil should still have been changed annually with proper synthetic even with low miles.

thank you all.

I just wanted manual. Mileage to me is not that important.

So i will start by offering 12k.

All 04's had the same features as later year Limiteds and a dimming rearview mirror to boot. It seems that we are our own worst enemy when it comes to opinions about prices. It almost seems that we don't think much of our great Crossfires.
