I have an 04 - like I said, 67 and 39

Is there a technical reason a lot of them are different?

It is supposedly a safety feature.
It helps with lift of the vehicle and has to do with air resistance.
So yes.

I keep mine down until it starts "beeping" at me, (around 95) then I let it do it's thing.

Up at 57, down at 35 - the SRT is staying up for more than 4 hours & the wife agrees it's a good thing!

When mine was still on my '04, up at exactly 65, and down at exactly 35.

I'm curious why so many of the same year have different settings?

"04" deploys at 65 MPH and retracts at 45MPH. Am I the only one? I believe the book says not to take the car over 65 if it don't deploy.

I don't pay that close attention on the precise speed, but it's around high 50's and retracts around high 30s.
