Default Your worst problem

What is the worst problem you ever had with your crossfire? Any dropped trannys or blown motors?

Brake noise. Had it fixed with in the first 6 or 7,000 miles once. Rotors turned and calipers rebuilt. Now I'm hearing it again.... Dealer says they can't find anything. At least I have a paper saying I had it addressed once something goes wrong again.

Other than that, trying to get my spoiler fixed. I wanna say that thing was broken for almost a year. First it was a short in the switches. Once that was fixed, then they couldn't figure it out. Took it to another dealer and they didn't even look at it, just left it out in the snow. Took it to a different one recently, and I couldn't wait for the spoiler motor to come in. Took it to a different one where I could, and finally got it fixed. I still have the habit of putting the spoiler down when I'm about to get out now.

The 07 was out of alignment from the factory & by 17,000 miles fronts were worn out on the outside treads. 3 dealerships said alignment wasn't covered after 12 months 12,000 miles....a 4th dealership said OK & did the alignment free under warranty???? One day I was doing about 100-110mph on I-70 at minus 3 degrees F.....that screwed something up & took a day or 2 to reset itself. It has about 29,000 miles on it now & nothing else has gone wrong that was the car's fault. The 08 only has 2,800 miles on it.....no problems.

not wanting to have a lot of miles on it and wanting to drive it all the time, it's almost a paradox.

That would be a conundrum I think. Not a paradox?

Cup Holder kept popping up so I discarded the spring and all is right with the world now. I still don't use it though.

Alignment and fan belt issues. Also, not enough days here in Colorado where I can drive top down.

Perhaps it is an ambivalence...

I'd call it a case of cognitive dissonance.

Replaced the instrument cluster twice. The second time it was on the dealers lift, in pieces for only 2.5 months. (had to drive a rented mini-van the whole time)
