Re: Pic request Racing stripes
i just dont think our front end is racing stripe friendly, ive seen some pics of them, i cant find them now but i didnt think they looked all that great

Re: Pic request Racing stripes
eh yeah i thought about that .. your right lol

Re: Pic request Racing stripes
i started a "trend" here on the forum putting stripes on the rocker panels... much more understated, i think, and more suited to the car:
https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...ings-pics.html you could search for "rocker stripes," or probably "slasher stripes"... not sure how but theyve adopted this name in the threads. |

Re: Pic request Racing stripes
Not really a "stripe" but offers a similar illusion.

Re: Pic request Racing stripes
The stripes just aren't working. At least not in my opinion.

Re: Pic request Racing stripes
Don't stop with the stripes. Upgrade to a fart-can exhaust and some Pep Boys seats, preferably in a fuzzy purple, to match the fuzzy dice on the rear view mirror. Maybe some spinners, too.

Re: Pic request Racing stripes
the only car that looks good in stripes is the viper

Re: Pic request Racing stripes
I know, I'm bumping an old thread, but... I think some Aero Blue stripes on an Alabaster white car could be really awesome.

Re: Pic request Racing stripes
I agree with thirteendog. Anyone want to photoshop that?

1965 shelby mustang - Google Images Heck, I already have a scoop on the hood.;) But I figured that color combo (white&blue) just wouldn't go too well with my cedar/slate interior. |
Re: Pic request Racing stripes
When I special ordered my first Crossfire I pleaded with them to put the Ceder interior in the Aero Blue but they would never do it. If I were you I'd photoshop it first and see what you think. I think it could look really good so long as you don't put the huge stripes like the one posted earlier in this thread.
