Well, if you go www.chrysler.com, you can build three new vehicles. The new 300C, the PT Convertible, and the new Town and Country. But alas, no 2005 build options. That means no new colors and no convertible to build yet. Shame on Chrysler.

Give them a break! They want to sell the 2004 models first! The dealers have the options and so do I.

Apparently you misread my statment. All of the other cars that are going on sale this spring have beeen outfitted to be ablt to be built on the website. For some reason (probably that they haven't thought the pricing through) Chrysler hasn't put the build option for a roadster. I was saying that the 2005 300C, 2005 PT Convertible, and the 2005 Mini Vans were all on the site already. They should keep in line with there their other products.

The models you listed are coming out first! The rest of the 2005 models should be listed in the next couple months!

Not by much. Those models aren't coming out 3 months before the roadster. They are close enough that Chrysler should have a price set for the roadster. They did this with the coupe and it might have hurt sales. They need a new PR person to get public feedback on their website.

I wouls appreciate it if you didn't use sarcasm. That is for children. And have you ever heard of ordering in advance? How can people make orders if the dealer can't give them a price. This is what happened with the coupe. They didn't release pricing when they should have, now the crossfire is hurting for it.

Thank you MightJLR. I was giving my opinion on why the delayed pricing could hurt and has hurt crossfire sales. This guy starts mocking me and using sarcasm. I don't need that. I could look at his posts and bash him over and over again but I don't because I'm not a child. And if all crossfire owners are like him, I'll be taking my 350Z soon. I hope to see (and most fo you are nice and well informed) more Adults in this forum.

Default don't be so quick..

Mr Cheebs,

Don't really want to get TOO far into the middle of this, but...

If obnoxious people on posting boards is going to drive your decision, you might want to go to 350Zforum and have a look around.

Those cretins might cause you to rethink ever buying a Nissan product of any kind.

They're ALWAYS bragging about their stop light drag racing conquests...they call them kills. Doesn't make any difference, they claim to have conquered Vette's, Vipers, Boxster S', BMW M's, you name it. Most of the time it's just blowhard bench racing, but it wears thin.

You won't see to much of that silliness here...maybe a little, but not much.

Cheebs,
I wasn't directing my comments specifically at Crossfiretech, or you. I just like to pop in at times like this and remind people that this a forum that relies on everyone respecting each other. Even if there is a disagreement, there is no need to get worked up about it, and take it personally. We all have our opinions.

While ordering a car in advance may be desirable to some, I am not sure I would do so. From what I have seen on this forum, my opinion is that some people paid MSRP or above in order to have a Crossfire when it came out. Now, or at least a month or so ago, Chrysler has a $3000 or so incentive since the car was slow in selling thus bringing it below invoice.

I wasn't the one that started beinf rude crossfiretech and I too have a relative that is an attorney for DaimlerChrysler. If you like to mock and use sarcastic remarks to get someone to believe what you do, don't express your thoughts. I was just saying that their website needed to be adjusted and you took it personally. I took your comments personal becasue they were. "I didn't know you were in charge", "Maybe you should apply for the job". That's rude, not my comments.

Come on back to the board when the SRT6 comes out later this year and bring the 350Z with ya--then we can talk about speed.

Fine, it has been "let go". But a word of advice. All the "!" aren't neccessary. No need to yell in a forum even if you are excited.
