Doesn't sound good to me. I've seen the front grill painted white to match the car and that looks SHARP! Note they did not paint the chrome trim on the grill.

This is Fritz's car, Message - CrossfireForum.org Gallery and most everyone seems to like it.
Somebody did paint their grill matt black on a white car already and posted a photo. If I remember correctly, it sort of looked as though they put it on the car, right out of the box, and forgot to paint it. Very unfinished looking.IMO
But if you think it's something ya might like, then go for it. You can always repaint it. Good luck.

I'm not really a fan of the grill matching the car color. I have thought about painting the grill silver to match the grill trim. Has anyone done this?

Do you remember where that pic is ?
and then i started thinking painting the arch over the windshield and the door handles 2 but then that would look weird in flat black but in glossy black ?

here ya go friend-o, photo deluxe to the rescue. I like the look of the all black grille. I guess I'm biased because I have one.
