One of the very few common problems with the Crossfire, I don't have a local recommendation for you, but i've had a couple of bits done on mine fairly reasonably.
The key thing is get it done before it spreads any further, and make sure whoever does it takes off the side skirts and gets rid of all the hidden corrosion too, often they are far worse under the skirts where they meet the arches.
Basically it's a design fault, with the arch lip being open and being a sort of 'V'shape so it fills up with road grime and holds on to it.
Whenever you wash the car get the hose into the arch lips and watch it all fall out, when I bought mine I immediately did this and got about half a kilo out of them!!
Once you've got the paint done make sure the inside of the lips are thoroughly waxoyled and keep them clean as above, then every 6 months or so clean and dry them before recoating with waxoyl or similar.
