Default Would I fit in a Crossfire?

Hi folks,

I have been considering to buy a used crossfire but i am terrified that i wouldn't be comfortable in one. I am 6'3" tall and 200lbs. My legs are pretty long IMO. I was wondering if i would comfortably fit in one and do a cross country without any comfort issues?

Also, those who own a crossfire, how tall are you and how it has been for you.

thank you!

I'm 6'1" and have no issues. The roadster has more headroom than the coupe.

Everyone is built differently. The only one tht can really answer your question is you. You need to take one for a long test drive.

sure. I'm 6'3 and 200, with a 34 inseam. plenty of legroom, headroom in the coupe is fine, and other than having to remove my wallet from my back pocket, because the bolster presses up against it and is uncomfortable on a longer drive, I fit great and it's really comfortable. Not an issue

I used to be 6' 6".
I cut 5" out of my legs just to make sure I had enough space to fit in the Crossfire.

IT'S THAT GOOD!

Go for it!

(BTW, BLACK Crossfires have less leg room.)

No problem, I have owned my Crossfire Roadster since April 06. I am 6' 2" and weigh 218 lbs. Head room and leg room are not an issue and when driving on a long trip you don't even think about it as you are tucked in and enjoying the ride.

I am 6 and have a 34 inch inseam as well. I also remove the wallet because of the seats and in the end it is a comfortable fit. If your inseam is much longer you may not feel that comfortable.

I enjoy my xfire. There really isnt anything that is comparable in a two seater that I like.

Thnx

Remove 3-4" from your legs and you'll be just fine.
Seriously, its the legs that may be a problem. But you may manage it with the seat right back against the bulkhead. I'm 5' 11" and shrinking with normal legs (32" inside) and I am fine. Its the knees that are the problem as they touch the underside of the dash if I get too close, but I have a 6 speed so the feet are always moving. I have a bad back and I have no trouble on reasonable drives, it is quite comfortable and the seats are adjustable all ways (in park) to get a new position for a change.
Sit in one and try it out only if you are really serious, as you might buy it anyway.
It's a bit like the Tardis seen in Dr Who, it looks small outside but bigger than you expect when you get in.

im 5'10 and 188 lbs. with the top down the headroom is amazing and with the car going over 150 it slams you in the seat so you have more legroom.

My brother is 6'5" and with the seat all the way back (and all the way down), he said it was fine, no problems. I wondered if it would be too small, and although he only drove it for an hour or so, he didn't think he would have any issues.

This was in a Roadster with the top up.

By no means is my height in comparison but I am 6'0 and 245, 36 in waist and 48 in chest and I have no problems what so ever. The seats begin to feel a little narrow the longer the trip but a quick shift of the body and they are comfortable again. I also think the heated seats add to the ability to drive the cross fire for longer distances for the larger owners.

I'm 6'3" and have plenty of room in my CF. Like some of the others have said, don't try one out if you don't want one. I was only looking, but love my roadster. Have made 3 1000 to 1200 mile trips in mine and am as comfortable as in my wifes Cadilac. Go for it!

I always giggle when I see guys worry about what their girlfriends think!

You should buy what you love, your going to have your car a long time, and the girlfriend, eh, ya never know how long she might be around

You miss the deal of a life time price for the car, you will be kicking yourself for a long time. And trust me, you get that car, she will be in that seat next to you.

Legroom shouldn't be a problem, but my head hits the roof with a helmet on if its bumpy.

My husband is 6' and around 250. The weight is not a problem but his height is. He either has to scrunch down and look under the top of the windshield or if the convertible is down, he tries to look over it. He can sit on the passenger side comfortable enough but that doesn't help much.
Yes, guys am a chick with a Crossfire! My hubby hates to drive it unless he has to and then for short trips only. It is just not comfortable for him.
