Default Luggage Rack?

Does anyone know if there is a company that makes a luggage rack for the crossfire? I know there is no mounting rail or groove for the top but is there one out there that will attatch to the lift hatch? Has anyone done this to get a little extra storage for a long trip?

Thanks for the Help.

I'm trying to get a bunch of luggage and boxes and a small dog back to California and I could use just a small ammount of extra space. I'd probably sell the rack as soon as I got back, I just dont want to mail anything.

In all seriousness, it has been discussed here before. Do a search. I don't think they ever found one.

Just ship the stuff and enjoy your ride.
If you do make one be sure to take pics and post them here for our enjoyment.

I do not know if I am more surprised by the fact that a guy put a 'custom' rack on a solstice or that you would be friends with someone who would do that to a relatively good looking car

Can't wait till Spring, Bungees and the Dragon, here we come.....

A little late, but if anybody else ever needs a luggage rack, here's one that might work on a Crossfire.
