Four Month Anniversary
It's been four months now since I drove my new Crossfire home cross-country (Alabama to NV). Even with the "Firesale Prices" thread, I feel that this is the best buy I ever made. Whenever I'm standing near the car I still stare at the aglomeration of lines and marvel at the design integration achieved in the final package. Due to platooning cars with three driving daughters, I don't get to drive it every day, and feel at a loss if it sits idle or one of them are enjoying its ride. If I have to run somewhere, I no longer say 'Oh crap,' but rather look at it as an opportunity to sit behind the wheel. With an XJS, X 1/9, Boss Mustang, Torino GT, Peugeot Turbo STi, and CTS (w/a stick) in my past, and a Sunbeam Tiger in the garage, this car stands out as the most pleasurable and fun of the bunch. And to top it off there is this engaging community that I discovered. Thanks for being here--you've been a ton of help, fun, and inspiration.
HI,
I've been driving mine for almost 4 years now and still feel the same way as the very first day. The design is unique and the handling is great! And you are correct, this forum is fun, too!

6 years last week. Loved every mile of it. Have taken several weeks long driving vacations in it and they were a blast. Been through 16 states with it. Lots of nice country out there, especially when looking at it over the hood of a Crossfire.
