Replacement Windshield Reveal Moulding
My upper moulding flew off while I was racing up the I-5 at a breezy 130mph. Anyone know where I can get a replacement? Junk yard searching has proved fruitless. Parts.com has it:
2004 Chrysler Crossfire Upper molding - Parts.com
but it's gonna be $350 after shipping. Anyone know of where I can find one for a bit cheaper? Thanks!

Go to e-bay and e-mail one of the vendors that are selling parts off the wrecked crossfires, thats where I found my ashtray/coinholder for cheap. I bet money you could get one under 15 bucks.
My molding also flew off but I was able to find it. I see that it has a plastic clip on each end. Is that all that holds it on? I see that there are 5 square pieces across the moulding and the windshield frame. Should some type of adhesive be applied to these?

The metal clips detached from either the car, or the plastic trim... (mostly the plastic trim) I snapped the metal clips that came off the trim to where they go on the body, then put a Dab of "Shoe Goo" on the clip, then installed the plastic ove rthe top... 2 days later, I was curious, so I pulled the trim off again... the "Shoe Goo" held the metal clips to the plastic trim, just fine...
