I fixed the cupholder problem!
Tom - I really like the new dash! Pretty cool. I think the duck tape would probably leave some residue on that beautiful, shiny dash if it had to be ripped off and re located. I'd stick with the packing tape. I'd use duck tape on mufflers and maybe body parts (fenders, bumpers not arms and legs). You need a stronger tape for that stuff. Very cool idea.

If you taped a strip horizontally on the dash, it would be easy to mark it so that as you turned the lean of the cup would indicate the Lateral G's. THis would give you a direct indication of the loading as you turned, could assist in handling tuning.
A cup taped to the side window would also indicate acceloration and or braking efforts. Also the cup could be taped solidly to the car and filled to the brim. After a run you could see how much spilled out and sort of be an inexpensive G meter with recording capability. Neat isnt it??
Adding paint or some other permanent dye could indicate in which direction the greatest G forces were generate. You could even use different color paints to see the result of different tire pressures or tread pattern, wheels or whatever you wish.
Man this ides could really grow some big dam legs. I love it.
Woody. Tom , we could have a bunch of these assembled and sell them at Carlisle and the dragon they could use them for competition. What say????????????

Don't get suckered into this!!!! Tom makes it real appealing with the $2.99 sales price, but I have inside information that he is going to be charging $19.95 for shipping and handling. I'm just saying!
