It seems like a lot of people around here bought their cars slightly used. Just wondering if anyone bought their cars new... and in what year?

I feel like I am on old timer. I bought mine brand new in Aug 2005 so I am coming up on almost 5 years... and have 56K miles. Used to be my daily driver (why so many miles) but not anymore.

 

I leased mine for 2 1/2 years then bought it as the lease expired. Had 4 miles on it when I started driving it in June 2007, now has around 13K.

 

I bought the SSB in Nov 2007 with 120 miles on it and it now has 13.8k. Two 3000 mile trips with my grandson.

I got the Aero in Feb 2008 with 22k and it now has 28k on it......

 

Just like harbor, I leased mine for 2 years new, then bought it at the end of the lease.

 

Bought mine new in November 2005. Never has been my daily driver, 12,100 miles on it. It is now slightly used. I'm getting ready to put a few more miles on it today at the CTC GTG.

I made a deal on another one,(to be announced soon), this past January.

Seems to be a pattern.

I kinda like the rut I'm in.

I bought mine new in January 2009. It's a machine gray 2008 limited, and now has 26,000 miles on it. It's my daily driver.

 

I got my '04 new in October'05, my wifes idea, it had 50 kilometers on the clock and I have not had any trouble. Mind you its only done 14,000 miles or so now.

 

I leased mine new on July 15, 2005 at 11:00 am. (it was a momentous occasion in my life!). Bought it from Chrysler Financial in June/July of 2008. Mine has 12,500 miles on it, still like new!

 

Hey guys, bought my 2004 off the dealer lot in Sept. 2006 ! Yes, it sat that long . . . only have 17,500km on it now. Has been great so far !!

04 NA Coupe

 

Bought my '07 coupe new with 16 miles on it in December of '08. Only has 9,500 miles now (which is not a lot considering I put 180,000 miles on my last car in 2 years) and is technically my daily driver. I drive company cars most of the time, which is nice to keep my car nice and clean in the garage until the weather gets better.

Got our 08 Aero Blue Vertible in August 09. Just turned 1,600 miles.

 

Bought my '07 coupe in April 2008 with 37mi on the ODO. Put just over 11,000 miles on her in 366 days...and then she was totaled

Bought my SRT in April 2009 with 18,000mi on the ODO. She just rolled over 30,000 thanks to moving from Chicago to NJ and multiple two hour drives to Atco Raceway and five hour drives to Maryland International Raceway...and visiting some relatives, but that's not nearly as good of a use of miles.

I have loved every mile of my crossfires... except the 4ft I got pushed when the lady hit me.

 

I got mine new with 45 miles in July 2006 from Parkway Chrysler in Clinton Township MI. Never has been my daily driver,

 

Bought my 04 in May 05. When I got in it this morning the odometer read 33,333.

 

Bought my SRT6 in Jan '06. I was a Chrysler press pool car in LA used for photo Ops for a year.It had a whpping 670 miles on it when I got it. Just broke 21K

Bought my SE roadster new in the wrap in 06. It has 4k miles on it. It is a safe queen not for sale. Gary

 

I picked out my roadster exactly the way I wanted it in December 2004, told them to take their time building it, and drove it away in April 2005. She's a summer driver, but still has 33k.

No way I could also afford a new SRT6, so she joined the family in February 2008 with 8500 miles, now at 14k. And I bought the 2007 for my son in August 2008 with 12k and he has her all the way up to 16k. Both are also summer drivers.
