Cant find these parts!

Ive have heard this topic been discussed several times and did a search on it but I cant figure out where I can buy a cupholder delete (storage bin) or an aftermarket e-brake handle. Can anyone help please.

Go to your dealer and get this part. The part # is in the pic for the bin
