After 5 years had my first 2 kills...
I didn't race anyone today but drove next to a Z06. Figured I wouldn't have a chance so why bother mess around. Besides it was a lady driving and she was not crazy enough to mess with me....
Kill #1
I pulled the cover off my car and scared the heck out of me. Found this guy hiding under my car cover. I had to kill him. Gave him a couple stomps with my feet. The biggest scorpion I have ever seen and he was fast! My foot was faster.
Kill #2
The car sat for 3 weeks covered in the garage. Within that time a mouse was stealing from a bag of deer corn I had in the garage. Was bringing it into my tailpipe and I had no idea. I started the car and heard the corn shoot out the back of the car. Checked to see what it was and saw more corn inside so I pulled out what I could (see the picture with the corn on the ground). As soon as I opened it up on the highway I heard more come out! I think I got it all out. Not sure if the mouse was in there but I guess those are the brakes! I only hope the car is ok. Drove it a while and it seemed fine. Now I shoved a rag in the tailpipe hoping that will help keep the mouse out.

wow. I used to catch scorpions when I was a kid. Grab a decently thick rope, wrap a gum to the end of it, slowly put it inside the scorpion hole and wait for a few seconds. Try to pull the rope slighty. If you feel resistance, then scorpion is stuck, simply pull it out and watch the scorpion stuck to the gum with its claw or whatever that is called.

Just sayin'.
I have one of those dustop covers with the real soft inside layer. It was custom made for the crossfire with side mirror pockets. Fits real nice! It keeps the dust off and does a great job. It will not scratch the paint. I live in the middle of nowhere with lots of caliche roads and dust blowing around so it is better to keep that caliche dust off the paint because it is very abrasive! Plus I don't drive the car as often as I used to so having a cover on is the best thing for it.
But the real reason I use a cover is because there is too much activity around the car and I am afraid someone might ding it. That is the only reason why I cover it.

If you put a rag in the pipes to keep the mouse out when the car is parked.. PLEASE make sure you take them out when you actually drive the car..

Texas huh? I wondered where the little bastards moved to.

I see they've changed their diet.

Actually I am not sure about Pandas but I know monkeys do it. They use sticks to fish for ants in an ant-hill.

As a kid I used to burn ants with a magnifying glass. That was fun!
