Default blue-collar Crossfire

This expands on a thread started as "cupholder" and gone astray. What are you using your Crossfire to haul? C'mon, fess up, and give some Chrysler marketing exec a coronary. What unstereotypical "cargo" has sullied your cargo space? I.e., something other than a 9-hole executive set of golf clubs, or designer luggage stuffed with stock certificates.

Inquiring minds want to know: How much beer does the Xfire hold? Bags of groceries? Has anyone tailgated? 8)

Other posters claim they've hauled stove pellets, rock salt, and a Dalmatian. I'll lead off with my midnight confessions: in 2 weeks of ownership I've transported
-- 100 pounds of thinset mortar and grout
-- carpet samples
-- a laser printer and battery backup

You can get 5 foot lengths of pipe to fit by putting one end on the passenger side floor, and 8 foot lengths of moulding if you bend it a bit into the trunk area....

Default what do you haul

real estate signs (very carefully) and golf clubs (day bag).

believe it or not they fit...i made sure of this prior to purchasing the crossfire (a requirement).

i have the cargo logic mat in the rear hatch area (the only custom/perfect fit) cargo water proof carpeted liner (a must have).

available at: autoanything.com

Three? I am skeptical, even if you are talking Petite Dept. only....my daughter keeps insisting this is a three-person car, and volunteering to ride in back, but I said a human can only go in the cargo bin if properly trussed and duct-taped.

I'm thinkin' my two dogs just won't fit. One is 220lbs the other is 160lbs. Old English Mastiffs just weren't meant for the back of a Crossfire. It's why my boyfriend has his LandRover. A Rover to haul rovers.

since we are in floral biz and trying to run it through the business, I managed to haul a few bridal bouquets. The top had to be up though so as not to blow the flowers out the top and on  to the road behind me

My Flightbag is a constant occupant of the trunk and it's about due for another diet ;-)
Then on a few occasions I had my 70 lbs toolbox in there as well and my Laptop bag.
But I do like Hebs list the best so far....:-D

From the Left Coast Hookup extended vacation: 1 roller luggage, 1 duffel bag full of books, water and munchies, a folding camping chair, backpack, sunhat, and 3 cases of wine (from a day of tasting in Paso Robles).

 We used to be afraid to take CeeBee to Costco or Sam's Club because we thought there was not enough room. Now we have taken her there several times. (Before I get hate mail - don't worry - she is parked far far far away from other cars). She can hold a lot more than it looks like!!!!

And - we have discovered - she nicely carries everything necessary for our 1 week vacations!

I only use the boot to carry my laptop and sports kit. I can get both kids in and shut the lid, but this would be illegal to drive.

Frequently use the passenger seat to collect Indian and Chinese takeaways. If you slot the seat-belt through the handles on the bag it doesn't fall over and make a mess in the car.
