I bought my Crossfire on 3-19-04 and the luggage (3 pc set) was at my front door on 3-25-04!!! The new system must be working on recent deliveries. Good job to the forum members for the persistance.Very nice touch...

 

I hate you Rick! 4 weeks and I still haven't got mine. I've called the 1-800 # and I always get the machine and am not leaving a message. I want a human being and I want my luggage!

 

i suspect you really should leave a message with the proper info. that's what it took for me to get mine unstuck after several months. a real live person called me the next day after i did the recording and the luggage was here a week after that.

three days after i got my CF fedex was leaving notes that they missed me for a delivery. i hadnt orderd anything and had no idea what it was. i was off that friday and, got my luggage. the dealer didnt say anything to me about luggage when i got my car, and i didnt know it was suposd to get any. so it was a big suprise for me

 

So basically everybody who doesn't know about the luggage gets it and gets it quickly, but those of us who only bought the car to get the free luggage have to wait an eternity. No fair! I want my luggage. <stomping his feet and pouting>
