number 61111. 06 Alabaster coupe. The interesting thing to me was that the dealer had number 61124 sitting right next to it. Both had been used originally from the east coast. Most likely they both came down the line the same day.

Sorry about that! I didn't pay close enough attention to the question...
Look in the driver's door jamb at the build plate: there will be the month & year. Lower down you'll have 6 numbers, first 2 are the month, next 2 are day & the last 2 are the hour in 24 hr time.
Or an alternative to find just the year, look at the 10th digit of the VIN - the number just before the 'X'...
The date by the way of your vehicle is the tenth digit of your vin. The build info on the door sticker may say your car was built in the previous year. My car has a build date of May of 2004 yet it was sold as a 2005. The tenth digit of the vin is a 5.

'07 Coupe 70218 built 09/06 MDH 091305. Now does 05 mean 0500 in what time zone or ??? Would make more sense if was CDT. (UTC +2 vs UTC -6) or 1 pm in Germany.
05 means 05 ( 5 AM in Osnabrück, Germany )
Those guys started early I guess, I highly doubt they were there pushing out Crossfires 24 hours a day in September 2006.

That's cool...
The last two numbers on the SRT6 are 00 so I assume that meant midnight, they must have had three shifts working.
