Pics of the new headliner!
The only thing I have found that I do not like is that I cannot get that black plastic trim piece in the last picture to lay down correct. Other than that it is perfect!
I had it done. There is an upholstery shop a block from my house. I paid $250.00 for it. He did it today in about 6 hours.
Anybody in D/FW area that needs their headliners done, let me know. I will put you in touch with him.

That is nice, I have a 2006 and have not noticed any inssues with the headliner yet. I'm in Central Florida and fully expect the heat and humidity to get to it one day. However, the car originally came from Ohio, I'm not sue how long its been in Florida.
I had a jeep that gave up the heatliner in just about 4 years and a Ford Ranger that is 12 years old with the same headliner, go figure.

This Is My 30 Dollar Headliner. Not Great But Okay For Me.

Thanks everyone. I am very happy with the outcome.
Andrew, I never even thought to remove that deecal, but you are correct. I am going to be doing that soon.
As far as brushing it all the same direction, I also agree. I have not had time to do that since my car broke down as soon as I got it back. See my other posts. I am still trying to figure it out.

if you wish (but not required) you can lightly heat the area with a blow dryer to loosen the adhesive or just place your fingernail on the edge to pull free...
a small bit of goo gone on a towel and rub lightly on the visor to remove any remaining adhesive - it's that simple.

Just don't get caught by Big Brother. Removing them is as illegal as removing mattress tags.

I have a local guy, re-did the headliner on my Camaro for $25 as kind of a barter deal - I hooked him up as well.
I think he'd do pretty much anyone's for $50-$75.
If anyone in the Chicago area needs this guy, let me know.
He's a painter too.
