Love the color too. It's definitely not Sapphire Blue. I have one and while it does look silver in some situations, it looks more blue in lower light situations (part of the reason I like it --- it's a chameleon of sorts)

Rick, looking forward to cruising with you guys in a couple weeks.

I agree, the color looks blue in the pictures but it's definately dark gray in person. It must be something with the camera because the interior looks blue but it's gray also.

Not bad.....not bad at all.
I was thinkin "BOSS BENZ".....but that's too many letters.
Then I came up with "BOSS 3.2".....but you'll have to add the decimal point.

Now for some fun.
Now I know what my roadster would look like as a Coupe. I have a 2007, exact same color (machine grey), with 37,000 miles. Enjoy!

In Dec of 08, I had a 2007 Limited Coupe machine gray with 10,200 miles for $13,800 (that was wholesale at the time)---sold for $14,900. I have bought and sold 6 Crossfires and that is my favorite color---not that many of them. I have a graphite gray metallic SRT6 now---love the GRAYS!!!!!!!

It definitely looks Machine Grey!! Maybe is Machine Gray!! Daimler-Chrysler used both spellings, depending where looked.

But Graphite Gray will look a little 'blue-ish' when photographed with different lighting. Take a look at the Vehicle Label and see what color code is shown (see attached). The attached will let you know for sure what color it is.

In any case, enjoy your new ride (which looks gorgeous) & welcome to the group.

Oh by the way, my '07 Machine Gray Coupe just turned 9k after coming back from the St. Louis event earlier this year.

Congrats on the Crossfire Gene. Now you can try to blow the Hood Scoop off of Mikes Crossfire (just like old times).
Glad to see one more Crossfire ADDICT in Ohio. Now the FUN begins! Even if it's not Alabaster...
