I believe there were nearly 80K Crossfires built. How many 3000GTs were sold?

ok, maybe not a LOT more, but about twice as many between the 3000GT and Stealth.

In all honesty, I thought there were more produced.... lol

But if it's a replacement for the wings/quarterpanels theres no need to weld. They just bolt on.

the quarter panels on these cars bolt on?

The quarter panels on the 3000GT are welded to the frame, as are most vehicles...

3M makes an adhesive for FG to metal (or CF or whatever). It will NOT come apart. then you just do a light filling with body filler to just smooth out the seams, and that's it.

I don't know about the quarter panels, but the front wings (Fenders) do.

Ugh, not a fan at all. I thought the Crossfire was brilliantly styled as is. Very crisp lines in its stock firm. I feel like all this kit does is dull up a sharp knife.

But that's just me. :P

I'm most in love with those rear quarters. It just gives it this nasty aggressive stance.

The front I like, but it seems a bit too "Audi" to me. It screams more Audi TT than Crossfire. I think a more crossfire'esq front end with those rear quarters would be absolutely sick.

If you can get enough people interested, and if you can get a picture of a style lip similar to what you'd want, I'm sure he'd consider making it.

I sent him a link to this thread earlier, I'll direct him here again and ask him to register up.

Lips and rears; be careful krazy. Don't let the 32 end up like Joan Rivers.

The closest thing is the set on ebay for $240 (upper and lowers) that is billet and order it in gloss black, more 'slats', but closest you will find. Only problem, you need to drill into your bumper cover to mount it and thats not happening in my case....
