Default :( maaaaaan

Some ***** grazed me. Not sure what kind of vehicle it was, i only noticed it recently; i guess it happened while it was parked in a parking lot. From the looks of it, it looks like it had to be a bus or a big rig or something judging how high the mark is. Just wondering if any of you body shop people know what I should do. I'll post some pics also. I'm kind of pissed because someone keyed my car last year but it was on the back panel so repainting that isn't so bad, but this is... sucks.

Sorry someone sideswiped you. Hopefully it won't be too much of an issue to get that fixed.

Well that sucks! Do those tire marks come off if you run your fingernail on them? If so, they should be able to buff out.

Man, I hate this. I really do
2 weeks ago I was parked, on the phone in my car. 2 dudes parked next to me , real close. Opened the door, hit my car.
Went to talk to them, ask id and insurance.... blabla. They took off. Got pics and one witness.
We will see
But geez, we love our cars. We spent time to select, to mod it or not, to join the forum etcc
And some punk......

Sorry, I can send you an Amsoil sticker to hide...
Kidding.... trying to see a smile on your face
Maybe not

Be good and try to think positive...

Tip,
Most of the time I park away from any human being....

Max

:-)

I am serious, I prefer to park in a safe spot versus coming back to the car and being pissed off ...at me because nobody will claim " I did it" Dude I did it"

NOPE

you need a body shop. its an easy enough fix but the labor is going to get ya. Most likely the mirror and handle will/should be removed to paint. the qtr panel is an easy fix too, pull the tail light and bang out the dent, a little bondo and vola. They will paint the qtr and blend it up by the small back window (c-pillar). All in all id estimate 700 to 1000 bucks.

It adds up quickly and it sucks I know but thats how I see it.

That crease right on the edge of the door frame is going to mean a body shop trip... paintless dent removal cant fix that on the edge.....

ya, i figured it would be around $1,000.
Just to repaint the rectangular panel with the 'crossfire' on the back after some punk keyed it was $150.

My turn,

Where I live, I always park ready to go.
Everything was fine around 11am when I had to get something in my car.
Came back around 5 pm and from far away, I see a weird shape just behind the passenger front wheel. Looks like the guy who has the parking spot next to me missed it!

Bent and a little scratch.

So I go and talk to him, he tells me this is not not and he did not park next to my car for some days.
He has a BMW and his bumper has a rubber part, which is now on my car.

You know, as we all know, this IS FREAKING annoying!

So I will have a look on the security video from last night until now and see if he did park or not!

Anyway, I rarely saw people leaving a note on a car after scratching/denting it!

Today Max is pissed off!

Not a good week for scratch and dent avoidance. I feel for those of you who have gone through it.

That's a story for Beaner to tell alone.

After my turn of drama, I reviewed the video surveillance and at that time they were NOT working.
The HOA spent 25k and when I need it, it it not working.

Can I scream?

I dont think i can pop it out....

Life sucks once in a while
