New ignition lock cylinder

Will a new ignition lock cylinder solve my problem of the key not turning? Or, will it just fail again? I don't really have time to do the sticky ignition fix mentioned on here at the moment.

new cylinder/tumbler will not fix the problem.

This sticky ignation fix only takes about 1 hour and it will solve your problem.
