drifting is amazing to watch! the past few months I've really started to research it and look at it! ... I dont think im talented enough to be able to do it... and some people i know brag about how they "can drift" ... i just laugh... the art of drifting in japan is almost spiritual... VERY amazing to read about if you have time... there is a cartoon... i know it sounds kiddish but its not... its called Initial D... it is a japanese anime... not something im fond of but this series is REALLY good... and you can learn a lot about drifting and JDM racing from it! ... just a thought to think about... its interesting

Can't get into the site without joining and answering some questions. Do you have another way in?

For reasons I don't completely understand, hitting it through Google didn't make me log in.

Try the link that comes up here, maybe it'll work for you: Google Link

haha didnt read the article before I posted! They talk about Initial D !

if you wanta watch a sweet video about drifting you can "steal" it from Kazaa called "Drift Bible" it teaches amatures how to drift correctly... and not just power slide around a turn... lots of clutch + braking techniques to accurately do it... I watch it when im driving my car ... only wishing I could be able to do that haha!

Maybe I am not correct here but, I thought with all the stabilty contols on the CF you would be hard pushed to make the car drift.

Even if you shut the device off it will kick back in at 40mph.

Maybe a question for the Tech.

hum... not that ive noticed... ive taken a few hairy turns and the traction control definately didnt kick in at 40 mph... with a manual ... and the right driver... you could drift this car... a little more power would help if you wanta do competition drifting... but normal drifting only takes practice and a great amount of skill... You can power drift this car with the autostick ... but I dont consider that the art of drifting...
