Default Wife Scores a Kill!

I haven't been very active the last two weeks because on March 26th I got married and then spent a week in the Caribbean. This past week I was was busy moving and needed to borrow my 18 year old son's pickup. To get the pickup I had to give him either the V8 Crossfire or the wife's Altima. I decided my wife was less likely to wrap the Crossfire around a tree, so my son took the Altima and my wife drove the Crossfire to work yesterday. When she got home I asked her how it drove and she said it drove good and was pretty fast. "Really?" "Did you get on it?" She said "yes and I won" "You raced it???!!" She said a young kid in a Mustang was reving his engine real loud at a stop light and when the light turned green he took off real fast and so she nailed the Crossfire and flew past him! I asked if he cuaght up and waved at her and she said he never cuaght up because she kept the gas pedeal down for a real long time!

Getting in a race is soooo out of character for her!

It's addictive... she has crossed over to the DARK SIDE, lol. Be watchful of those keys from now on. Cheers

Congrats on the Unity

Love the KILL! And congrats on the Bride, also!
Sorry we won't be able to see your V-8 again, at TMS.

Congrats on the wedding Bob! After meeting your son and daughter, it sounds like the MRS is a great fit.

So is Mrs Lantana going to be the driver on the track at TMS?

My wife wants to drive my crossfire but can't. She doesn't know how to drive a stick... And I won't teach her

Well, you see, Lantana, that's just how getting married works.

It's an age old problem. Women always want their new husband to change, and the husband just wishes his new wife would stay the same. Wrong. Never know what'll be next, so hopefully this racing thing won't get into her blood.

And I wish I was just kidding. But congratulations all the same.

LOL! I wish it were that easy The move will be over today and we will all be back in our own cars. I let my son drive it once and he drove off real slow like a grandma and then off in the distance I heard it shifting at red line. He didn't think I would hear him.
