Are valid warranties still in effect or transferrable in a private sale? I bought my coupe in 2008 and paid an extra $2000+ for what I understood to be, 80,000 mile or a certain amount of years coverage? Anyone know if this can be transferred to the new owner?..Thanks

 

Really depends on the terms of the contract. I purchased my SRT from the original owner and it came with a transferrable extended warranty that was purchased from the new car dealer and it is not a Chrysler warranty. I purchased my Limited used from a Chrysler dealer and it came with an extended Chrysler backed warranty.
