Roadster at the dealership! MarkUp!
I went to the dealership today to see if they had the roadster and they finally did! A white one, manual with cedar interior. The sticker price said the original 38 and change. They added a destination charge of 875 so it was 39 and change. This is the limited one. The dealership is trying to pull a fast one on buyers that don't know. They hand wrote on the sticker "limited package 5,595" so it ended up 45 and change. They are charging double for limited package. I see why they are doing this, because they only have 1 roadster. If i were a dealer i would do the same thing. Sneaky little punks!

I could understand if they mark it up and give an honest reason like "Hot car limited production" but saying the "limited package" is just lying to the buyer. I hope it wasn't a 5 star dealer. I mean, if they lie about that, who knows what else they will lie about.
at least some poor fool won't be ripped off. a rich fool maybe. if you shop carefully, you can already get a roadster below msrp.
one of the local dealership rip-offs i see on occasion is the addition of freight to a vehicle that already has it added in on the sticker
