Seat belt light!

Thought I would share this. Recently I searched this site and found some info regarding the seat belt light and chime. Although I had no complaints about the chime the light wouldn't go out on this dash even with the seat belt connected. Well, found the wire responsible responsible for this as per this forum however, the problem with the seat belt switch was it was just a victum of some sugary mess from the cup holder. Yeah, something spilled down in the seat belt latch. Well waited for a hot day and flushed with a lot of water holding a rag to pick up the excess and it now works again. I used some wd40 earlier this winter but it doesn't cut the sticky stuff.
