Crossfire Coupé Twin Top
The retractable hardtop was one of the items that made the Mercedes version better.
I can see from your picture the top section over the passengers could slide into the rear roof area. That would make good sense for it's design.
The Pontiac Solstice Coupe' had a similar roof with a removable section creating a "T-top" but the removed portion could not be stored on the vehicle.

I think T-tops when out with the 80's so I'm sure people knew what I meant.
I thought the Solstice's hardtop is a two-piece. But then again the solstice would have needed a remaining support 'T' to have counted.
