~ a unique crossfire spoiler sighting today...
some may not like the gold exterior but i kinda like it... and it's rare as the last model year color.
the lip spoiler looked good in person... as did the turn arrow built into the side mirror glass... the power sunroof (not liking the break up of the roof spine).
thought i would share...

I really think that Startech spoiler spoils the lines of the coupe - and I agree with the comment about the sunroof spoiling the look of the center spline on the roof. If I had a coupe I'd never do either to it.
As for the color, I'll pass. I've only ever seen one car in that color that I liked, and that was an Austin Healey 3000 that had just been fully restored. Still, it would probably (well, definitely) be my last color choice for a big Healey if I was in the market for one (and I'd love to have one!!).

It's probably my least favorite color, but I've got to say it looks really nice on Jediracers Roadster. Maybe all it takes is a great set of wheels to make it POP!
I agree with M-i-O. It looks silly and doesn't add any functionality. At least the moving spoiler the SRT6 whalefin have purpose and look like they belong on the car. But I think we will see more and more goofy customizations as these cars get older/cheaper and they work their way down to the crowd that does not respect a classic design and tarts them up.
Looks more like a James Bond Car...I just can't make out the machine gun slots....But really nice color, in the Pic's...would lobe to see one "live".

Oh man, an Oyster Gold bashing Party!!!
When I first joined here I read a post were someone explained that the '08's were really just left over '07's. Not sure if that is true or not. My Oyster Gold Crossfire is an '07 and the only one I've ever seen in person (and living in Florida, where I see two or three Crossfires EVERY DAY, that is saying something).
The Crossfire was my dream car since its debut and when I finally was in a position to get one, I had settled on either a black or dark gray version. I was just about ready to spring for a black one when I spotted this Oyster Gold car, I stopped and was not only impressed with the color and quality of the paint but the condition of this car was showroom perfect. I was sold.
I understand the color isn't for every one. Its not a "look at me" color. The response I get from folks (and I get a LOT!) is that it is 'classy' looking. I can live with a 'classy' sports car. When I was younger I would wonder who would buy a metallic gold vette, now that I'm older I have a gold sports car that I love so I guess gold is an old persons color! LOL!
A few months after I bought it I bought some Mopar diffusers and had them color matched. I'm also thinking about having the grill color matched too...hmmm.
