Are these lights?

In my 06 coupe when you open the rear hatch on the inside lip at the bottom is what appears to be 2 cargo lights, they do not come on when the hatch is open, I can not see any reference to these lights in the owners manual*

Dooh!! I guess getting my but out of the dvr seat at night would have made this odvious thanks
