Default Need help

I have a 2004 coupe and on the way to work I lost throttle response so I pulled to the side of the road placed it in park mashed on the accelerator and no response. shut off the engine and restarted and the problem went away. no mill light illuminated, Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I lost throttle response
So the engine was still running or did the engine stall? Their are sensors that are known to fail, the Crankshaft position sensor being one of them.

You faulted and went into limp mode. very upsetting, you usually have about 5% throttle control, but its hard on the road to get off and over like that. Watch it for now. Woody
