BF Goodrich KDW2 any good?
my favorite tire shop didn't have any Hankook ventus V12 in stock
. However, they have BF Goodrich G force KDW2 in stock and said I could have everything: mounting, labor, alignment, and taxes done for $976. I don't know anything about those tires too much. I just want to know to the member that have or had them before. How did they feel like driving? How did they do in inclement weather (rain)? What's the tread life like?

I have these on the rear of my roadster. I haven't had a chance to drive the car a whole lot since I bought it about a month ago. They handled well on the drive from Dallas to Denver. They seemed to handle the curves well on the drive I did in the mountains here recently.
I'll let you know more as soon as the snow melts a bit and I can hit the curves harder.
The club drive I was on about a month ago did have some decent mountain road curves and I had no issues.

Yeah I was thinking of doing that, but I really need tires on my car. I took a pretty scary spun out in the middle of the highway because of my bad tires :/
I have these on my Xfire. They are a great summer tire. Rain...hard cornering doesn't seem to affect the tire's performance. However this is a summer performance tire (ie soft rubber) as the temperature drops so does the performance. These tires become rocks when the temperature falls below 40 degrees. DO NOT ATTEMPT to dive them in the snow, they have NO TRACTION. Summer tire performance GREAT!!! Winter tire performance SUCK! If the temperature never falls below 40-50 degress, I can highly recommend this tire. However if you are looking for an all season tire, look elsewhere.

Some people complain that they are noisy but I don't have that problem on my roadster.
Unless they have a little heat in them they can be a bit of a handful. Just be forewarned.
Great tire, immense grip in dry/wet over 40°. Pulled a 1.8 60' time at the drag strip with these... so they hook.
Loudest tire I've ever owned. If you have exhaust, you wouldn't notice as badly.
Offers a LOT of grip for the money, but there are better tires out there for just a few $$$ more.

I just bought a set of G Force for my Crossfire. I like them because there is very low road noise. Ionly had about 75 miles on them and I hit a wierd curb and took a chunk out of one of the front tires, but FORTUNATLY there is a road hazard warranty on them and it was replaced free! I paid $160 for the front tires each and $220 for the rear tires each.
