Default Aaaaarrrrrgghh!!!

Not expecting any replies but had to let this out. Looked outside this morning to see it friggin' snowing, again. I know that we've had far worse winters here in the Northeast, but this seems like a long one. Of course it's the first one my Xfire has been with me for and the anticipation of getting in it on a nice sunny day is well, .......you all know what I mean. And inspired by Easly, I would love to wash my car!!!!!!

Hi Jim,
My Crossfire down here in Lowly Dorset was dreadful in the snow....

A friends Citroen Picasso MPV was the only thing that got out of the close, and I couldnt even get the Crossy off the drive - gave up at that point and walked instead - with feet..... a long forgotten thing this walking game ha ha...

When I did get her on the snow, it was bloody awful.... I heard other people here say to avoid driving on snow with these cars...... now I know why...

My suggestion... keep your car in ONE PIECE AND LEAVE HER ALONE until the snow goes.

Regards
Grant B

I hear you brother. When the snow is gone, then the wait for mud season begins here in Vt.

Maybe Vermont can apply for some Federal Relief money and have one or two roads in the state paved.
It would do wonders for your tourist trade.
We did that in Alabama, but not for tourists, it was so we could get the cotton to market .

Its been a long winter here in MN. My SRT has been parked since November. Way too much snow and salt in the roads for me to break her out

Got you beat. Winter here started in mid October and hasn't let up yet. It looks like we are just finally breaking out of it now, the forecast is calling for warm temperatures this week and lots of sunshine. Here's hoping it gets rid of the snow......

Then I just have to wait for the streets to be cleaned of all the sand and gravel.

I know of which you speak. My daughter graduated from New England Culinary Institute in Burlington so I have some first hand experience. Love that pic.

You'd be surprised! They do have Ben & Jerry's and the Shelburne Teddy Bear factory. It is beautiful with clean air and the highway system around Burlington is exemplary.

We had about four inches of snow here over the weekend, but since the temps never got below 70 or so we just considered it to be rain...
