I just did a search and found the Chrysler Airflite. I thought I was looking at a Crossfire until I looked at the interior. If that flies, I could see DC adding an SUV (or Pacifica type vehicle) as a logical next step to that line. DC is going to go with what they think adds to the bottom line rather than that we'd like to preserve the nice look of the Crossfire to the present vehicles.
And did you notice, the wheels get even larger - 20" front and 21" rear.

I think that Airflite looks ok.

Cadillac is doing that. I got a CTS when they 1st came out, and now, every one of Cadillac's cars have the same chiselled styling. Kind of makes it now so unique anymore.
Glad I saw the XF when I was scouting out what to get next!
Took it out for a topless Sunday drive today. This girl stood up in a yacht motoring along shore and shouted out "That is ONE BADASS CAR!!" That's cool, I can put up with that!

Hey Dan, I can't understand why Chrysler can't just leave well enough alone on the X-Fire design. If they clone it with different body styles then it loses one of the things that make it so unique, it's styling and show stopping one of a kind looks.
I'll be disappointed if they do. But we can't stop them so we'll just have to see how it shakes out.
