Default Questions about factory head unit. Connection possibilities?

Is it possible to connect my Android tablet and iphone to the stock head unit? then run a wire under the console and drill a hole in the armrest cubby for the wire to connect to the 3.5mm jack?

I have a full Kenwood navigation flip out radio with Sirius module, but its a HUGE PITA to install.

I was wondering if I keep the factory head unit, is there any way to have my Android phone/tablet and my iphone which both have Serious subscriptions connected to the stock radio. that way i don't have to rewire everything and put the kenwood head unit in and just run all my serious from the tablet and pipe the sound out via the 3.5mm jack.

any help is appreciated.

also is there any aftermarket head units which are silver and have Siruius? maybe a singe DIN unit with an oversize face with navigation?

Many thanks!

Check out the Clarion M302 or M303
( no nav, however )

If your stock head unit is the Nav version, then you can search the threads here for a module that was available for Ipod connect.
If not Nav, then I'm not sure adding the 3.5mm jack is possible.

that unit lights up in blue

Looks like my Kenwood is going back in, but I'm dreading it. It has every bell and whistle but there are like ten miles of wires and modules. It matches the interior perfect though, even the flip out screen is the same color as the dash.

I'll keep looking for a radio with green illumination, a single ding 4 inch screen, and the ability to run my sirius module from my old Kenwood, seeing as its one of the unlocked ones and I get free Sirius.

Are there any silver face radios anymore with navigation and aux inputs?
