question about cold air intake
hey guys this is my first thread because im a newbie to the forums but anyways i returned from deployment over seas in Jan of this year and bought a 2007 crossfire coupe black with 64000 miles {black is a pain in the *** to keep clean but damn it looks good} its the 6spd and i wanted a little;e more power so i had the borla exhaust put on with two cats deleted, knn filters and euro charge tune the car runs great but i want a little more so the cold air intake and 74mm tb is next anyways i took the grill off to paint it black and noticed the black box that houses the intake tube to the front of the car it looked like a real pain to take off any suggestions, screws,or anything i need to remove to pull it out thank.
You are correct, they are a real pain to remove.
Rob ( NeedsWings ) send instructions on how to do it along with the CAI .
( If you get the single, [ and that's all you need ] you just have to remove the passenger side one. )

Not on an NA.
If you have a SRT6 and are into over spinning the blower, then injector capacity comes into play.
You might think about a Sprint Booster. No actual power gain, but it will convince you that you have 100 additional HP.
Also some Magnecor plug wires, not sure they help with power, but they look cool.
