Default Steering Wheel size

Does anyone know the steering wheel size of the Crossfire? I was thinking of replacing it with a Momo two tone red and black steering wheel.

Question Re: Steering Wheel size

Does the momo have an air bag? If not then I believe it's some sort of federal offense for tampering or disabling an airbag. Might want to check into it before you purchase a new one.

youre allowed to remove your own airbags, AFAIK; but a dealership or service shop or similar cannot. i replaced the wheel in my previous Miata with a MOMO and passed NYS inspection with no problems.

Ive been looking to replace the stock wheel too, but like the cedar color. its next to impossible to match it, unless you go with the startech wheel. Is the startech wheel a smaller diameter, or does it just include the grips on the sides?

I saw one from CTD with an airbag space and it looks great! Just a little expensive though plus 16% tax..yuck!

You could also put a leather cover on the wheel to match the color. I got one from Auto Mod here in Atlanta. They ordered it so it would be the exact size needed and it matches the gray color of my interior perfectly. The brand of cover is Wheel Skins. They're good quality leather and it may take a couple of hours for you to lace it onto the wheel but it looks and feels great. Price is around 36 dollars.
