Default Need some help

The plastic screws that hold the rear panel to the hatchback have disintegrated, age I guess. I have no idea where to find replacements. Any alternative suggestions?

A better description is required for me, screws or clips and where exactly?

There are two fabric covered pieces on the hatchback lid. The one directly below the hatchback window is the problem. It is held in place by 8 plastic fasteners that "screw" into the fabric covered piece and then fit into receptacles on the frame of the hatchback itself.

They are slid into slots not screwed in and there are six of them. I'll add a picture of them later. I think I know what clips they are and will add them as well.
I'm watching the hockey game right now.
Edit
Look at page two in this PDF by Rekah for pictures of the clips.
I think these are the clips.

Fabric? I think they are just plastic molded like fabric. If what your talking about is not what I am thinking you mean, then 'ooops'.

I think your right on, but what do I know? That 'clip' fleabay seller is selling the MB clips that look exactly like the ones I got for the upper left and right rear trim panels when I did the headliner re-covering job last month (had to remove the two rear upper trim panels to get the headliner out and broke a few of the clips). There are 7 in each trim piece and they are a perfect fit for that as well. Nice to see and know they are also exact fit for a few more applications in our cars.
