So i've been on here manly lurking around never really posting anything for a few years now. It sucks that this has to be my first post and I am sorry if this is not posted where it should be. Back a few weeks ago 6/13/15 I had just turned 21 had a nice night out and go home around 4 am. Few hours later my girlfriend is getting up for work and needs me to move my car (2004 Crossfire limited). Well needless to say I was not to excited to get out of bed so I just told her to take it. She has driven the car in the past and i didn't think much about it. A few minutes later could not have been for then 10, I get a call and sadly my little car was no more. My girlfriend was ok small amount of wip lass and extremely sorry. To add salt to the wound I had been paying this car off and had just finished my payments about 2 week before and just had switched plates and title over to my name

My question to you guys is, I have found a new 04 limited again. Car has 24,000 miles on it and looks brand new. They want a little over $8,000.00 for it, is this a reasonable deal? Also I am interested in SRT6 if there was one available with little miles around the Indianapolis area.

 

Well sounds reasonable to me considering I have this one for sale with Catback exhaust and Mercedes breather for sale. 2006 Chrysler Crossfire Coupe Limited .

A bit over $8,000 sounds like it is in the ballpark...maybe a hair high. I recently purchase a 2006 Limited with 28,xxx miles on it for $9,311 from a BMW dealer. The vehicle that I purchased also looked like as near new as you could get for a nine year old car.

Bought mine April 1, 2015 a 2004 coupe with 35,245 miles on it for $8000.
Car is next to perfect, well taken care of. Of course "Blaze Red Crystal Pearl Coat"
Is there any other color? LOL

Just like to mention by the time you throw in the MagnaFlow Cat Back exhaust ($900) and the 4" Mercedes Intake system ($ don't remember but not cheap and 2 K&N Filters $80). And the 74mm Throttle body your gunna have $10,000 in it anyway.

Thanks for all the feedback guys I did manage to get it for $8,000. Hopefully going to go pick it up this weekend. The last one I had i never did any mods to other than the eurocharged tune I wish they could just transfer my purchase from my last car to this one but I have a feeling i will be buying another. Always looked for the 74mm Throttle body but never had much luck. What merc intake are we talking about I have only ever seen the DCAI from needswings for these cars.

As far as the price........it sound more than reasonable to me. Low miles, if it's in good overall shape and no issues, then very reasonable. If you have to buy tires, you'll need another grand plus as well to put into it (as you may know) depending on the tires you buy. I have an 04 with 34,000 on it and there's no way I'd sell mine for 8,000. But I do have the DCAI needs wings, Eurocharge Tune, Michelin Super Sports and a few other mods. Good luck.
