Default Bluetooth Hands free options ?

Anybody using any bluetooth Hands Free devices (add-ons) with the Stock radio ? For phone, songs, and gps.

I have had the Motorola Roadster for about 6 years and it works great.

Is it the Roadster 2, that one really seems to work nice by videos I have seen.
