Re: KN Air filters?
I hate to post this since I have installed K&N air filters but I wanted to get opinions of this report:

Re: KN Air filters?
I've had K&Ns in my Audi for two years and they made no difference to performance or gas mileage. The only benefit is that I won't ever have to buy air filters again.
That being said, I bought a pair (you do need two) for my roadster and will buy a pair for my SRT6. Warning: Make sure you let them drain real well after cleaning and installing. Audi owners have reported that excess oil gets on the mass air flow (MAF) sensor and the car runs like crap. I'll bet our engine has a similar sensor. |
Re: KN Air filters?
We have the filters for the base/limited and SRT models on our website for very competitive prices.
You will notice a better throttle reponse, and more pull up top, expecially the SRT6. http://www.tvtdesign.com/chrysler_crossfire_and_srt_6 |
