what tires came on the 2005 when new?

 

Round tubeless ones.
The answer is on here, in the Documention collection.
By memory the options were AS or summer tires. Brands were Michelin or Continentals. Contacts or Pilot Sport but my memory isn't as good as it was and it was not too good to start with.

I'm not to far wrong, go to the Doc collection and pick Specifications, NA or SRT.

 

My 2005 came with Contis (Continentals) however I believe there were also several others.

 

The '05's were offered with Continental Touring Contact tires as the all-season option or a Michelin performance summer tire.

 

My 08 came with the optional Continental Touring Contact tires.

My black one came new with Pilot Sports and the graphite new with the Conti's. Did not like the Conti's at all. I now have Michelins on all my vehicles.
