I couldn't quite see the specific picture at this moment. But if it is some Product Evaluation process, don't worry about it. Some examples of PE can be Drop Test (from certain height) Shock Test but that depends on what is the product.

Wonderful link, and great photos. I downloaded all of the assembly line photos. And, I sent an e-mail to the Public Relations folks telling them what a wonderful car they produced. This is my 5th Karmann built car, and all of them have been flawless, although the Crossfire seems to be the best.
