while driving home from work today i noticed a clacking noise coming from one of the rear wheels. checked and the wheel was not loose and no other chassis parts are loose. so had my brother drive the car slowly while i walked next to it and could hear something in the tire/wheel, proceeded to take the wheel off and can hear something inside the tire, i assume it is the tire pressure sensor, car is going in monday morning. just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them.

 

never had it happen to me, but if you have ever seen the tire pressure sensors there is just a like 20 gauge piece of plastic on the back holding in the battery and covering the insides from moisture, the piece is held in place by three plastic welds that are super flimsy, to be honest i'm surprised we don't see more of this, i'll try to post pictures, but my digital camera sux.
