Gonna put an Xbox in the Xfire and was looking for a silver colored head unit that had a flip out screen and hopefully NAV.

Also, the guy at Circuit City said if I replace the head unit I would have to buy new subs and amp since the new radio won't work with them. Is this true?

I don't think there are any silver faced in-dash navi systems except the kenwood (which is only silver trim). My AVIC-N2 matches my car fine. I painted the trim piece to match the cars silver dash, and the aluminum on the unit looks factory. I will post a pic sometime tomorrow.

btw, wait for the xbox 360. It is way smaller and has bluetooth controls (NO Cables!). Im putting one in my xfire when it comes out. I think it may even fit in the center console if you cut the bottom out.

 

I already have my 360 on order.

But I have 3 Xbox's and one of them is doing nothing. So I'll just put a mod chip in it and then download every game onto it that way I never have to change disks.

 

You shouldn't have to replace the amps or subs. When I changed out my head unit all I changed was the head unit. Sounds great!

 

Ah nice, that is very helpful because the dude at Circuit City said, I may lose my subs for some reason.

 

He is wrong. I use all of my stock speakers with my N2 and it sounds great! Half the people I talked to at the local electronic stores had no clue what was going on either. One of them had never seen a crossfire in person, some people...

 

This unit seems to be a great value right now.
